Born in Sacramento, California, Whitney grew up in a Real Estate family, and was naturally drawn to the excitement of the business. She developed a passion for homes, design and the ever changing Real Estate Industry. At age 18, she earned her real estate license and subsequently completed her BA at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She worked in Property management on the Outer Banks for 6 years and earned her Brokers license in 2001. She offers a wealth of information, support and guidance by combining her working knowledge of property management and home design with her personal Outer Banks Real Estate investment experiences.
It is her mission to assist her clients in realizing their dream of owning a home on the Outer Banks. Whether looking for a primary home, second home or simply a great place to invest, she is there to help. In her free time, Whitney enjoys time with family, gardening, running, reading, snorkeling, scuba diving and boating.
Whitney holds the REALTOR designation, the prestigious Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation, and the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
