Steven Gross grew up on the Outer Banks and graduated from East Carolina University where he specialized in Commercial Tourism Management. As a native, he has witnessed the growth and potential that the Outer Banks offers. He has worked closely with his family to be personally involved with the development of the area in the construction and furnishings industry. However, his passion for real estate stemmed from his grandfather, who owned his own firm in Virginia Beach, and his mother, who was a broker. Prior to sales, Steven worked at different golf courses in the area and was a manager at a resort community in Corolla. He also served as the Assistant Rental Manager for Twiddy and Company. His experience makes him an ideal candidate for those interested in purchasing property for investment or a second home. Spoke to Steven Gross in his office June 2017. He promptly showed my family a vacant lot in Corolla that we were interested in building on. Prior to us leaving Corolla for the weekend, Steven recommended a builder that we could trust and we met up with him the next day. We purchased the lot within the month and the new construction will be finished at the end of April 2018 as promised. Steven has since updated me with photo's of the new construction and provided these photo's to the rental agency that we are using to manage this property. We were very impressed with Steven's "can-do" attitude.
