Jason Summerton has been with Twiddy & Company throughout various departments since the late 1990's. After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2000 he traveled extensively throughout the world visiting nearly 20 countries before returning to the United States. He settled in Raleigh and operated a pool & spa construction company before returning to the Outer Banks full time to pursue a successful career in real estate.

Jason focuses primarily on investment property from Duck to the Virginia line with an expertise in the 4wd area of Carova Beach. "While the complexity of investing in the 4WD can be overwhelming to those unfamiliar to the area, I have studied and researched the intricacies of this unique and remote area to enable my clients to achieve the comfort level necessary to make informed financial decisions while realizing their dreams of ownership at the beach."
