During the few breaks he got from the restaurant business, he would always spend time at the Outer Banks, fishing and relaxing. After 15 years, they sold the restaurant and decided to call the Outer Banks home. For the past 10 years Chandler has been a top producer helping clients with their investment decisions. When he is not having fun with clients you can usually find him boating, fishing, gardening or just spending time with his wife and 2 daughters in Southern Shores.

His approach to marketing was extremely efficient. From using the website to “Showcase” my home, preparing brochures and contacting other agents, Chandler was always ahead of the rest. I knew I could rely on his expertise and professional judgments.
In the month that followed, we had many contacts via telephone, emails and faxes. These occurred almost on a daily basis. He would keep me up to date on how many showings the house had and comments from prospective buyers and agents. He even had the amount of times my home was visited on the website!
