About Chandler Spawr

Chandler was born in New Orleans and grew up in the Southeast. He attended Brevard College in the mountains of North Carolina and later finished his studies at UNC- Charlotte where he majored in Land Use Planning. The Land Use Planning career would have to be put on hold while he and his wife opened a restaurant in Downtown Charlotte. During the few breaks he got from the restaurant business, he would always spend time at the Outer Banks, fishing and relaxing. After 15 years, they sold the restaurant and decided to call the Outer Banks home. For the past 10 years Chandler has been a top producer helping clients with their investment decisions. When he is not having fun with clients you can usually find him boating, fishing, gardening or just spending time with his wife and 2 daughters in Southern Shores.
